We compared the original rubber and spring feet on various turntables. Our newly designed feet supersedes the sound quality of the rubber-and-spring setup by a large margin. These feet are made of 50 durometer Sorbothane with superior vibration resistance. Sorbothane itself reduces vibration by 94.7%. **Sorbothane is a gel-like shock absorber and vibration damper material which maintains its shape under stress and has been used by NASA to isolate vibration in their equipment. It is used to isolate subwoofers from turntables.
Our newly designed feet also can improve the performance of many Hi-Fi separates, A/V components and other sensitive equipment by reducing unwanted vibration & resonance. Their use can provide an effective solution to maximize a high level of device performance.
