Every spring probes is made of 24K gold plated brass and encased in a life extending metal protection for improved spring resistance durability ( Please do not weld the tonearm wire directly to the probe, the high temperature of the welding will deform the plastic parts, resulting in the displacement of the probe. Each set tonearm wire: red, white, blue, green and black 5 pieces OFC silver-plated wires length of 400mm. Each color tonearm wire is made up of soft and slender AWG32# (outside diameter 0.4mm only) oxygen free copper (OFC) silver-plated wire. Color heat shrink tubes are used to distinguish the sound channel for easy installation.
The 4pcs connector terminals on wires were made from high quality Phosphor bronze with 24K gold plated, Phosphor bronze is the most widely used ductile material of copper alloys at present. Terminals are hand soldered one by one with tonearm wire. Each terminal end is wrapped in color coded shrink tubing.
