We always maintain ample inventories, so that your order can be processed quickly and shipped out within 1~2 workdays or less since receive your payment. For smaller order quantity, please use the auction to order at factory direct prices! For larger wholesale quantities (more than 20 lots of the same item), contact us with your order for a volume, wholesale discount!

Buy more than one item and save on shipping! We offer the most favourable promotional shipping rule on eligible item for you. For more details, please refer to invoice.

All of items will be shipped together, so order all items you need at one time. We recommend using the “Add to cart” option when purchasing multiple item lots. Most orders will be packed for shipping the day that payment is received. Please note that we can not ship items together if you add to an order the following day or several hours later, because the first order will have been packed and already shipped. 

PAYMENT, TAXES

PAYONEER or Bank T/T are the only accepted methods of payment. We recommend that you use a confirmed "ship to address". Note that our prices do not include import duties or value added taxes. We also will attempt to assist you with this as best we can. Your order will not be finalized until we receive payment. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

RETURN

Although we inspect our items carefully, upon receipt you should inspect each item to identify any defective items. For defective items, you will receive either a refund or the defective items will be replaced. There is a 25% restocking fee for any non-defective items that are returned. You will be responsible for return shipping. Item must be returned in original packaging. All hardware and instruction manuals that came with the item must be returned or you will receive only a partial refund. Please contact us for return authorization before shipping. We will give you our return address and phone number. Defective items can be returned within 14 days from the shipping date.
 

SHIPPING

With your payment, be sure you provide a telephone number and physical mailing/shipping address, as well as necessary postal/zip codes. We ship with international express delivery (Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT...) and they require this information on their shipping forms in order to make a delivery. *Note we can not ship to a post office box or APO/FPO addresses.

We will ship your order as proper name and value by international express delivery. These international express services have excellent shipping quality, usually it only takes 2 to 5 workdays to all over the world. 

During shipping, these international express delivery companies will do the customs clearance for you. Usually, there will be not any import tax and go swimmingly, all of our clients receive the goods well. But whether to pay the tax or not is up to your country's customs. We clearly indicate " All of the price Not included your country's (Destination) import tax+ VAT " Please understand our position, Many thanks, in advance!

Especial terms to any address in Brazil and Chile, according to your country customs's requirement, please provide your consignee tax id. If non Brazilian or Chilean, please provide passport number. Otherwise your country customs will stop and return all. If it was returned by your country customs because you can't provide the necessary infos or pay the import tax, we woun't refunds shipping cost, import tax, the all fees which has paid.
